Ready to Runaway has struck again in Minnesota!

The incredible 5-year-old Minnesota-bred daughter of First Dude captured the $50,000 Minnesota Distaff last evening, and added to her illustrious accomplishments:

(1) The check for $30,000 raised her career earnings to $427,735, passing Sticksstatelydude and into fifth place among First Dude’s runners. Her record is 11-5-3 in 21 starts.

(2) Her lone stakes victory in 2019 came in this same race. She finished second in the race in 2020.

(3) She has won five of her seven tries over sloppy or muddy tracks.

(4) The Queen of Canterbury has captured six stakes at the track.

In her latest, she paid $5.80 with Roimes Chirinos aboard again, and defeated even-money favorite Clickbait by 2 1/4 lengths. All this by a $4,000 Minnesota August yearling in 2017.

Her check increased First Dude’s 2021 earnings to $1,267,520, $30,560 ahead of Brethren in the battle for second place on Florida’s general sire list. He has six winners in the last 11 days.
