He paid $6.20 and earned a check for $13,200, increasing his career total to $182,632, of which $58,710 has come this year. He raised his record to 8-9-6 in 38 starts.

TIZ D AMAZIN LADY – The 3-year-old filly bred by veteran trainer Robert A. Raymond sat a comfortable fourth in a five-horse field under Paul Luna Obregon. With a powerful stretch run, she drew away with authority and reported home by nearly three lengths, clocked in 1:49.78 for the mile and 70 yards. She earned a check for $6,600.
